92 Mustang 5.0 running bad, stalling and surging
Video taken from my Touch Pro 2 phone. Best I could get at the moment. Was
raining all day.
My 92 5.0 running very rough. It just started doing this about 3 days ago.
Before that, it was running perfectly fine. I cannot figure out what the
problem is. MAF sensor tested in the .9v - 1.2v range while engine was
running. Getting 12 volts at the V+ and ground is good. When this first
started 3 days ago, I scanned for codes. Got code 66 on KOEO. Started it ,
ran for a few minutes then scanned and got codes 21, 41 and 91. Shut the
engine off and cleaned MAF sensor. Shortly after, started up and scanned
for codes after a couple minutes. This time I got codes 44 and 94. Did NOT
get codes 21, 41 or 91 for some reason. Either way, it's barely running,
surges a lot and is blowing black smoke. You can see the smoke when I point
the camera back towards the light. I unplugged MAF sensor at the end, it
seemed to help a little. But it did stall.

Running with a fouled Fuel Pressure Regulator maxing at only 30psi, and
slight misfire from a faulty MSD 6AL2 box. (Was discovered after this run
by the bogging out of the hole and slow accel) Has since been replaced with
a Kirban Adjustable Regulator.
