This is 15 year-old Skylar Antonelli racing the black and red #00 Dodge Neon in the UMP Sport Compact class at Oakshade Raceway in Wauseon, Ohio on September 8th, 2012. He won the heat race by half a lap so he started in last for the feature and he gets the out of towner treatment on about the 2nd lap. Pay attention because he takes a wild ride and recovers like 20 year veteran.
