Motorcycle stunt riding, sometimes referred to as simply stuntriding, is a
motorcycle sport characterized by stunts involving acrobatic maneuvering of
the motorcycle and sometimes the rider. Common maneuvers in stunt riding
include wheelies, stoppies, and burnouts. Sport bikes have become a common
vehicle for stunts.
A wheelie on a motorized vehicle is nothing new. In drag racing they are
considered a problem, robbing power that could be used to accelerate the
vehicle faster, and many classes
of drag racing use wheelie bars to prevent them.
But those are for vehicles specifically built for drag racing, which rarely
are street-legal, or unmodified from stock. In contrast, since at least the
1970s, some motorcycles straight from the showroom floor were able to be
In the late 1980s and continuing today, motorcycles, and especially
sportbikes, have become lighter and more powerful, and have therefore
become easier to wheelie. Other stunts have also become possible if not
easy with the advancement of motorcycle technology.
Stunters are a controversial subculture of motorcycling. Stunters perform
motorcycle stunts on sportbikes, both on public roads and in private
venues. Some stunters even have organized commercial teams.

Building VoltZilla The Electric motorcycle "forkencycle"
This is my 1976 Honda CB 550 that i converted to electric. I took an old
Raymond model 20 fork truck and used the guts for my motorcycle. This is
photo video of building the bike, there will be more to come. After
turning in the scrap from the forktruck, I spent $15.61 as of right now,
including the cost of new tires. It covered the cost of almost everything I
bought to make this project happen... "voltzilla" is its name, thanks rob
for the name ... How did u get voltzilla out of killacycle? Haha LOL yahoo
its a ForkenCycle
Google Voltzilla for more info!

Motorcycle crash: Rider hit from behind (Graphic)
Yamaha rider pulls a Stoppie in the middle of a busy Boulevard and gets hit
from behind by another rider [who's obviously obeying the speedlimit] -
Resulting in a nasty broken leg for the Yamaha rider and minor injuries for
the rider who hit him.
You can clearly see his lower leg bend at a terrible angle at point 6.5
When I ride I always wear my New Zealand Qmoto leather jacket and I
strongly recommend you wear one too! http://qmoto.co.nz/
EDIT: Quote LeeLo44
"Here's the true story. The endo guy was not suppose to stop at that
moment. The 2nd rider was to be skitching past the camera for the
documentary called 12 O'clock. The re-re did the endo without looking back
and the 2nd rider was unable to steer away (but did try). Endo guy broke
his ankle, the skitcher had some nasty road rash which was cleaned out with
wire brushes at the ER. In the end of the video the skitcher is holding the
endo guys leg together. Take it from me I was there." - LeeLo44
Please keep in mind when watching this video that true motorcycle
enthusiasts generally look down apon these types of riders as being squids
- "Stupidly Quick, Underdressed, Ignorant and Dangerous". The actions of
these riders by no means represent the overwhelming majority of riders who
are observant to both the laws of the road and the laws of common sense.
Keep it on private roads or the race track, and wear proper protective
A full face helmet, leather jacket, gloves and full length boots will save
your quality of life in the event of an accident [which is quite likely].
