1987 Buick Grand National (Regal T-Type Turbo) Start Up, Exhaust, and In Depth Review
**I made an editing error at the beginning. Thanks a bunch to Streetside Classics of Charlotte, NC for allowing me to film this video! Hello and welcome to Saabkyle04! YouTube's largest collection of automotive variety! In today's video, we will take an up close and personal in depth look at the understated muscle car of the late 80s, the Buick Grand National, this one specifically the Regal T-Type. The GN and the T-Type are identical except for badging and interior trim. It wasn't until you stepped it on up to the GNX did you get the truly different package (which I will explain in the video). The GN is arguably the most menacing looking buick of all time with it's black monochrome paint scheme and turbo charged 3.8 V6 pumping out amazing performance numbers for the time period, even today! A unique experience to be able to check out one of these beasts. During this presentation, we will take a 1st person look at what the vehicle is all about beginning with the start up, performance data, fuel economy, the occasional track data, and build quality. Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior and exterior features in a detailed fashion, that before, you could only get from going to a dealership yourself! Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and Exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle. FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHANNEL SEE BELOW: In this channel you will find in depth reviews/tour of automobiles from all over the world, presented in a more detailed fashion than ever before. Basically, this gives the viewer the chance to view the most detailed 1st person look you can get without going to an actual dealer yourself! Every video is consistent in the way I present so viewers know what to expect in my presentations. I treat every vehicle with the same respect whether a 1960 Chevrolet Impala SS or the 2012 Lamborghini Aventador. I film all types of vehicles from past, present, and future while broadening the knowledge of the automotive enthusiast. You will see everything from vintage, brand new, exotic, mainstream, old, etc. I am very proud of this channel and have built it up from amateur videos years ago to what you see today. I wanted to share my love for the automotive world with the rest of the world. Be sure to explore the massive video variety, have fun and enjoy The Driver's Seat of YouTube! Supercharged Lumina WOT hits
Please go to this vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHzH2RiuzWs for exterior views... Previously a 3100 Lumina! So you know, my airbag light IS on, when the cradle was out, My girl was talking to me and was spinning the steering wheel freely and she heard a loud pop, ended up snapping the clockspring cable in the column, oh well, needed a new one anyway, the main taillights weren't working (common problem). The first one is a 100 mph hit, the burnout one (about 1/2 - 3/4 throttle) is because some kids at the gas station were pointing at it, lol, and the third one was from a red light, right turn to around 90-95. As usual the sound quality sucks, but you can hear the S/C very easily, and obviously it gets moving very quickly. Next vid I post, whenever, will show where i was and how long it took me to hit 100. Took about a 1/4 mile or maybe less, IDK, for me to hit 100, so I am very impressed with the results of my swap! Thanks all who have followed me in the swap, and thanks to those at motorswap.org and mymonte.com who helped me out!

1969 Chevrolet Chevelle vs 1987 Buick GNX - Generation Gap: Muscle Cars
Cast your vote here: http://www.hagerty.com/Articles-Videos/Articles/2014/10/13/Muscle-Cars Join Ken Lingenfelter in supporting the Ronald McDonald House charity: www.rmhc.org In the latest episode of Generation Gap, Matt and Davin have brought the muscle. Matt’s pick, a 1987 Buick GNX, is arguably one of the best muscle cars to come out of the 1980s, with a McLaren Performance-tuned turbo-charged V-6 putting 245 hp and 360 ft.-lb. of torque to the ground. Davin thought he could slip one by with this unassuming 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle. The secret is that it’s a rare COPO with the 427-cid engine with 425 hp and 460 ft.-lb. of torque. This Chevelle looks like grandma’s car, but goes like a Yenko. Last Drive in my 1999 Buick Regal GS [Part 2 of 2]
Part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6wAV4HWL8A My first car was a 1999 Regal GS. Powered by a supercharged 3.8L V6, the Regal was capable of speeds that Buick's target audience don't know exist. It had 240 horsepower and 280 ft-lbs of torque. With an obscenely flat torque curve that peaks at 2400 rpm, off the line it was one mean burgundy machine. Only a slight twitch of my leg transformed the Regal from a cloud nine geriatric ride to an angry supercharged rhinocerous- with an appetite for Japanese cars with oversized spoilers, soup-can Exhausts, and non-functional hood scoops. A car that defined the term 'sleeper', the Regal would particularly enjoy courting Honda Preludes, Civic Si's, or Mitsubishi Eclipses. After luring its prey into what initially appears like an opportune chance to exhibit their sweet stickers, the Regal would spring its trap. Its Eaton M90 Supercharger would be unleashed, packing the six cylinders with 27.4 psi of Boost; meanwhile, the drivetrain would give its best effort toward the futile endeavor of maintaining traction as the Regal would rocket past its imported competition. Such defeats would be expected to leave the Honda driver in a state of confusion, so fortunately the margin of victory would allow enough time for him to close his mouth and consider the embarrassment at exactly how much he spent on his unpainted body kit. I never lost a race in that car. Except when the opponent had blue and red lights on top. The GS was commonly seen around Spartanburg, SC demonstrating her artistic side. One of her oft-repeated performances was a painting of twin streaks of Michelin residue against a backdrop of smoky clouds of rubber-based particulate matter, set to the tune of a high-pitched whine eminating from twin helical screws. Anyway, all good things must come to an end. I was graduating high school, and moving on to college. My father decided to trade it in, and no, I won't sully the Regal's good name by revealing what it was traded in for. Plain and simple: this video presents my final drive in the Regal GS. Man, I loved that car.
