Red Group The Driver's Edge Texas World Speedway May 2011
First dry session in new ACR Viper at TWS. Red Run Group. Not the fastest session of the weekend. Got out late in the session. The Driver's Edge Saturday May 21, 2011. Missed a few shifts during the session. M3, GT-R, Porsche GT-3, ACR-X (Green). Thrown off a few laps from the M3 sliding and hitting the rev limiter (all me). Letting the faster ACR-X by broke up the M3 and Porshe combo so I could get through. All laps posted for the passenger. Look for faster laps from the weekend. Will post them soon.

Texas World Speedway Porsche 911 off into the infield
A Porsche 911 spins off into the infield off the back straight of Texas World Speedway on November 8, 2009. HPDE run by The Driver's Edge. Posted by request of the driver, view from rear-facing camera on a car in front of the Porsche. It's pretty far back, but you can still see what happened. Nobody hurt but a bumper and a bruised ego.

Dodge Viper ACR racing at Daytona International Speedway with PBOC and Viper Days
Here is a 10 min video of Chad McNiel and David McNiel trip to Daytona - First are random pictures of the cars and track and then on to racing.... Chad Raced his SRT-4 Neon in the Challenge group of Viper Days and PBOC Florida Chapter and hit speeds in the 140's.... Me, well I in the race group and was toping out around 170 on the main straight...The track was fairly challenging and was very fast. A ton of walls and things to hit if you went off - During the 2-hour endurance race on Saturday 4 cars had blowouts - 2 of which hit the wall and had a lot of damage.... I think they learned a lot about proper tire pressures that day. Lots of cars from raced from BMW, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, corvette and Comp Coupe Viper and yes the Dodge Viper ACR; Kevin Ferguson and Brad Gorrondana from the Dallas area with their ACRs were with us too.
