Today, Stig will treat us to a truly Italian experience, indeed. He is set to unleash the Lamborghini Huracan STO inside the amplified confines of the Catesby Railroad Tunnel. If you have earbuds – now is the time.

Called a “track toy with a license plate”, the Lamborghini Huracan STO is a brilliant machine featuring a mid-mounted V10 5.2-liter engine specially tuned to produce 631hp. The car’s curb weight has also been reduced with thinner glass, magnesium wheels and carbon-fiber body panels.

Although the STO is rear-wheel drive only, it has four-wheel steering with torque vectoring to get through those truly tight corners. There’s nothing but straightaways on the menu for today.

With the key aerodynamic systems carefully adjusted for maximum speed and downforce, The Stig is ready to set off on a ride that will tickle the ears of any auto enthusiast.
