It’s hopping in Indy where the SHIFT S3CTOR Half-Mile Airstrip Attack is underway. With numerous 2,000+ HP cars in attendance, we are expecting to see multiple world records fall. This will be a standing half-mile event. Better put on your big boy pants for this one – it’s about to get real.

Right out of the gate, we have Morris Malone in his insane twin turbo Chevy Corvette. Already chipping away at the rear-wheel drive top speed world record with a 241 mph pass, Morris is expected to blow the doors off the field with this run. He comes out straight and builds to a decent speed before letting out near the midway point. Mechanical issues?

Next up is a grudge match between a pair of modified cruisers. Andrew Wadal is in his 600hp Corvette Z06 and Tony Williams in his 1,000hp Cadillac CTS-V. The Caddy jumps out to an early advantage and only widens the gap from there. It all shakes out to a 174 mph run for Tony and 158 mph for Andrew.

For the third race, we have Doolittle in the Dodge Challenger and Rodman in his Ford Mustang GT350R. The Mustang smokes the Mopar with a pass of 192 mph (133 mph for the Challenger).
