Hellcat Swapped Charger vs. Mustang GT – Street Hits

December 15th, 2022

Our man Frank is taking it to the streets (of Mexico) tonight. That’s where he gets all the most righteous roll racing footage on the internet. Featured in this clip is a race between a Hellcat swapped 392 HEMI Dodge Charger and a Mustang GT. Both cars have been modified to improve performance. Check it out.

The Mopar has been upgraded with a 6.2-liter supercharged HEMI Hellcat powerplant. That includes the engine, wiring, controllers, transmission and rear end. That nets 707hp and 649 lb.-ft. of torque – before performance mods. Aftermarket upgrades include a set of supercharger/crank pulleys, a catalytic converter delete kit and E93 tuning. This is one angry kitty.

The Mustang GT is equipped with a 5.0-liter V8 making 460hp and 420 lb.-ft. of torque in factory condition. Curb weight for the Mustang is considerably lower than that of the Charger. This pony car has been upgraded with a set of exhaust headers, a cold air intake and it has been tuned to burn E85 fuel. It sounds amazing.

All that remains is to line these two gladiators up on the interstate and see who comes out on top. Multiple hits starting at 60 mph.
