So, this dragstrip Cash Days has a little different flair to it. No Big Tire or Small Tire Classes here. It’s a run-what-ya-brung open tire affair. The only criteria is that you must have steel roof and quarters. Other than that, it’s wide open. Thirteen cars at $350 each with an 80/20 split. That’s some serious money.

The first whip that we run across is a fabulous Fox Box Mustang. It has a twin turbo 540 cubic-inch big block making 1,500hp. This thing is burning methanol and it’s mated to a TH400 automatic transmission. The rear end and axles are from Quick Performance. They call it the Beater Box.

Next up is the Pink Panther Camaro. Even with its custom nose piece, this Chevy is almost never mistaken for a Superbee. A new ProCharger setup has this intergalactic warrior churning out over 2,000 steady-ready horsepower.

Then there’s the Beater Bomb Fox Body. In typical BB fashion, everything is falling apart and he ain’t showing nobody what he’s got under the hood.
