Midwest Street Racing – Kong Ported Trackhawk, Blown Mini Cooper and Big Turbo MK4 Supra

October 27th, 2023

Tonight, we are hitting the streets for some high-spirited roll racing from the Midwest. These street racers are serious about their horsepower in this part of the country. There are some unique builds on hand, and this should be an interesting event.

The first race of the evening will involve a MK4 Toyota Supra with an inline 3.0-liter 6-cylinder and a massive 7685 turbocharger. The transmission is a GM TH400 automatic. The Supra topped out at 1,022whp on the dyno. In the other lane is an EVO 9 with unknown mods. He sounds pretty fast. When the race finally happens, the Toyota is more than the EVO can take.

The next one pits a Jeep Trackhawk with a Kong ported supercharger against a modified Nissan GT-R. Other mods for the Jeep include 1200cc fuel injectors, oversize throttle body and blower/crank pulley upgrades. This SUV makes approximately 900hp. Mods for the Nissan are undisclosed, but he’s claiming 700hp. Both vehicles are equipped with all-wheel drive. The call rings out into the night air, “3 – 2 – 1” and both vehicles accelerate wildly. The Jeep takes the early advantage; however, the GT-R is gaining ground fast. There’s too much traffic to finish this one.

Next, the Supra is racing a Honda S2000 swapped with a 2JZ Toyota engine. In multiple hits, the Supra proves to be superior.

This video is just getting started. You don’t want to miss the supercharged Mini Cooper with a Honda engine – and nitrous.
