Street Attack – GT-R Pack Assaults 1900HP Calvo Viper

January 15th, 2021

Here we go! Back to the streets of Hotlanta Mexico for some elite level street hits. This pack of top-tier street racers have turned up for a notable speed show in a major Southeastern metropolis. As gearheads do – when the event is over – these guys (and gals) take to the streets for some white-knuckle street hits on the interstate.

At the center of this street racing tornado is the purple twin turbocharged Calvo Motorsports Dodge Viper. Ever since this car was filmed beating a 390hp street bike, he has been in the crosshairs of every gunslinger looking to strengthen his street cred and put another notch in his belt. With an abundance of high-powered Nissan GT-Rs on hand, the Calvo Motorsports Viper has no shortage on call outs and grudge races lined up as the competitors take to the streets.

With Antonio Calvo behind the wheel, the cameraman climbs on board and they take off for a few test hits before the racing action begins. The Calvo Viper is powered by a 9.0-liter V10 engine fed copious amounts of air by a pair of 76-millimeter turbochargers. Like most Calvo Vipers, this one uses a sequentially shifted transmission. The suspension is basically stock.

The first hit is between the Calvo Viper and a 1900hp Nissan GT-R. The all-wheel drive Nissan should have a bit of an advantage with tonight’s cooler temperature and the somewhat unstable racing surface. The agenda for this hit? How about 40 mph to 160 mph? This should be a great race. Have a look.
