GT-R Tackles Huracan on the Street

December 20th, 2016

What would you do for fun if you lived in a place where the roads were flat and straight – as far as the eye could see? Sounds like a street racer’s paradise to me. Why not buy a couple of the most elite factory supercars on the planet and line them up for some dig racing action? That’s what I want for Christmas, Santa!

Featured in this video are the Nissan GT-R and the Lamborghini Huracan. The Nissan is configured with front-engine and all-wheel drive, while the Lamborghini rocks a mid-engine setup that can be had with standard rear-wheel drive or optional all-wheel drive.

The Huracan is loaded with a massive 5.2-liter V10 engine that is capable of churning out 571hp (RWD) or 602hp (AWD). It has a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (sorry, no manual) and it can blast from 0 to 60 mph in a lickety-split 2.5-seconds.

The GT-R is engineered with a different approach. It uses a lighter 3.8-liter V6 engine and turns up the performance with a pair of turbochargers. Godzilla delivers 565hp at 6,800 ear-splitting RPM and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.9-seconds. This is a well produced video with some amazing Dubai area backdrops.
