TT Mustang Runs 209 MPH in Eighth-MileThe South Georgia Motorsports Park plays host to Lights Out 7 and features one of the premier 1/8-mile drag racing tracks in the southeast. Daniel Pharris rolled out his SN95 Ford Mustang to compete in the radial tire class and navigated his way deep into the qualifying rounds while posting consistent ETs in the 3.9-second range at 200 mph and above.

The Mustang is propelled by an Alan Johnson 481X 570-cubic inch engine force fed by a pair of Precision 102-millimeter turbochargers. A Fueltech electronic fuel injection system and fuel cell provide the go-go juice and an M &M transmission relays all that power to the Mickey Thompson Pro Drag radials out back. This is some competitive heads-up racing.
