In true “run-what-you-brung” style, these Oklahoma City street racers have come together to see who has the baddest beast on the blacktop. In broad daylight – and with no trailers in which to hide – these competitors have gathered to flex their drag racing muscles in a single elimination, winner-take-all day of burnt rubber, wasted fuel and broken dreams.

While vehicles may be trailered to the initial meeting place, the rules tighten up from there. Competitors must complete a cruise to the first racing spot without the aid of trailers or other towing devices. After that, it’s street style drag racing with a flashlight start. Don’t jump the start early, don’t cross the center line and cross the finish line first. Accomplish these three tasks more times than anyone else and take home the cash.

Right outta’ the gate, you can’t help but notice that we have a plethora of cars (and trucks) in turbocharged, nitrous enhanced, supercharged and naturally aspirated configurations. Chevrolets, Fords, Mopars and imports are on hand to show what they’ve got. Hang on to your hat ‘cause this is going to be a wild one!
