2013 SRT Viper vs 2012 Porsche 911 Turbo S Street Racing
September 14th, 2013Here is a good heads up roll race with a 2013 SRT Viper against a 2012 Porsche 911 Turbo S. While it would seem like the Viper has the advantage with it’s 640HP V10 and 3,330 pound weight vs the 911 Turbo’s 530HP flat 6 and 3,500 pound weight, the 911 Turbo’s PDK transmission makes up the difference.
Of course from a stop the outcome would be quite different since the Porsche 911 Turbo’s all wheel drive system coupled with launch control allows for 2.8 second 0-60 times which would put the 911 Turbo 4-5 cars ahead from the start.
