Ls1 cam swap part 2
This video I actually remove the old cam and install the LS1 cam in my 5.3. The swap was very easy.. So easy in fact a brain dead monkey could do it. Just make sure all you spin the cam over several times so the lifter trays catch all the lifters and hold them in place.. Worse comes to worse you can stick some wooden dowels on either side of the lifter tunnel to prevent a rogue lifter from falling into the oil pan aka the dark abyss.
