We took our prototype 2.5 version of the kit out for a spin. Pretty much identical to the 2.0 version, it is boatloads of power. Boost is fairly tame below 4500 RPM, but above that becomes totally visceral. Efficiency is king with this setup, and we're able to pound on it without so much as a spike in IATs.

This was at MRLS 2010. Emilio of 949racing driving a 230whp Kraftwerks Rotrex 99 Miata at Laguna Seca Raceway. lap time is 1:40.9. Car is running on XIDA, 6UL, Kraftwerks Rotrex Supercharger, NT01, on stock engine block. engine never been opened. Yes, none of the guages were working. no tach, no fuel, no water temp, no oil temp, only working gauge was EGT (we all know how important that is). it is due for IQ3 instrument panel, so too lazy to rewire. car is very reliable. who watch gauges anyway :)
