JCG Restorations 1968 Camaro -- /BIG MUSCLE
Tucked away in a small industrial park in Oxnard, CA sits JCG Restorations
& Customs, a moderately sized shop that has built some of the best
performing pro-touring cars that we've ever driven. Now generally we don't
focus in on shops, however when the owners of three of our best test cars
start dropping names, we tend to listen. Originally we descended on JCG to
drive Blu Balz, a stunning 1968 Camaro owned by one Karl Dunn.
However since Mother Nature decided to water the Earth that day, we put our
original plans on hold and got shop owner Cris Gonzalez to give us the in's
and out's of what it takes to make a stellar pro-touring car.

I thought you'd like a look at this awesome 1967 Chevrolet Camaro. This beast is powered by
a ZZ502 Big-block crate engine, that's pushing out 502 HP and 567 LbFt of
Torque. All that power is being funneled through a Centerforce clutch, to
a Borg Warner T10 four-speed, and then back to a 12 bolt rear with 3.55
gears. This car has all the performance you need and then some. It's also a
beautifully restored car, from the ultra slick black exterior with SS trim,
to the completely restored houndstooth interior. It's also equipped with
front disc brakes, Eagle Alloy wheels, and BF Goodrich ZR speed rated
tires. This car goes, turns, and stops amazingly well. I hope you find it
interesting...thanks for taking a look!

Instruments: Guitar, Bass, Kit, Organ, EP
With a jumping bass and off-beat syncopation, this is straight from
Memphis' Beale Street. The Hammond organ and electric guitar play together
as longtime friends, while the melody changes hands from guitar to organ to
electric piano. 011

1969 PRO STREET CAMARO SS WITH 750+HP NEW UPDATE NOW FOR SALE AGAIN!! ASKING $59,950 OBO!!!!
Ok Camaro fans here we
go. I am selling this car again for the current owner. This is one
beautiful pro street 1969 Camaro ss. It is a beautiful
Black on Black with just a little hint of white in the SS emblems, BF
Goodrich white letter tires and the interior white gauges to set it off.
This makes for one stunning Camaro. What makes it pro
street/touring, well for starters. This is a X-11 car. This is a original
Camaro SS 350 car. The
car does not have the 350 or the 350 tranny anymore, there history but in
there place is a totally new professionally built and installed 468 engine,
which is a 454 bored .30 over. This is new with about 300 miles since done.
The engine is built up with cam and has gear drive and some other internal
goodies but it's what is on top that counts which is a 671 Weiand fully
polished pro- street super charger blower assembly with dual Holly carbs.
This is the top of the line Supercharger
that Weiand makes for a big block chevrolet. The engine is pushing out 750+
car has a temp controled electric fan with a new radiator. The car also has
tranny cooler installed. Now the motor takes up so much room the heater box
had to be removed but, your not going to be drinving this kind of car in
any cold weather so out it came. Everthing on the motor and motor
compartment is polished stainless steel, aluminum or chrome. Every nut &
bolt, bracket, pulleys, throttle assembly, linkage, alternator, water pump,
master cylinder, power Booster, well
you get the idea. If anyone is interested please call me at 570-875-7109 to
see more picture and a full description. Thanks for your interest... Marty

The 2012 Fastest Street Car in America! - HOT ROD Unlimited Episode 19
This episode of HOT ROD Unlimited screams with action from 200-mph street
cars at one of the most grueling events in all of motorsports: HOT ROD Drag
Week, presented by Gear Vendors. This is the most brutal test anywhere of
real drag-racing, street-driven cars, as the competitors hit the road for
1,400 miles to race five times at four different drag strips in five days
in a battle to post the lowest average elapsed time at the end of the week.
The winner is crowned the HOT ROD Fastest Street Car in America. In this
video, we'll follow the chase for that title in Drag Week's most outrageous
class, called Unlimited. Imagine cars that run 7 seconds in the quarter
mile, in excess of 200 mph, and then drive on public roads—in the rain,
over potholes, whatever it takes—to make it to the next race day to do it
again. Five times. Ever see a 2,800-horsepower car hauling its
own trailer full of tools and parts? You will here. When you wonder how the
staff of HOT ROD could ever make the statement that a Lamborghini Aventador
"isn't $400,000 fast," this video will prove why with legit American street
cars in a battle of speed and survival.
HOT ROD Unlimited appears every other Friday on the new Motor Trend
