8" Superlift front springs. 6" Rough Country rears (-2 leafs)
20x12 Gear 726MBs (custom paint). 38x15.50 Toyo M/Ts.
Corbeau SS seats. Fiberglassed dash. Custom halos.
ALL interior lights are green LEDs (gauge/dash, dome, behind pumpkin)

1985 GMC truck LS swap start
My 85 GMC truck. I just got it running, 03-09-13, and decided to share a
video. The motor is a 2001 5.3 liter vortec out of a Silverado. I've been
driving it around the neighborhood until I finish all the little things.
It has great power over the old 350.
Here is a build thread I made for it:
700hp GM LS3 all motor V8 street engine by CID cylinder heads
Competition Induction Design ( CID ) LS stroker V8 engine build and Dyno tune. The LS3 based 419ci
V8 features a Callies crank and connecting rod and breathes thorugh CID LS3
port design cylinder heads. Watch as it makes over 700hp still retaining a
hydraulic roller camshaft running on pump 98-octane RON unleaded. [

The motor mount adapter plates used in this video place the engine one inch
too far forward. You need the adapter plates called the "One Inch Set-back"
plates. They'll place the engine and trans perfectly so that you can use
your original driveshaft without modification. They can be found on eBay
for $60 shipped.

A carburetor is an air valve that controls the amount of air and fuel
entering the engine.
The positioning of the butterfly in carburetor dictates how much air and
fuel enter the engine. CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute), as described in the
video, defines the amount of air and fuel passing through the carburetor.
There are three factors when deciding which carburetor is right for your
1. Engine cubic inch displacement (CID)
2. Maximum rpm
3. How will the vehicle will be used
The formula for selecting the proper CFM is:
CID x Maximum RPM x Volume Efficiency / 3456
