Welcome race fans to the qualifying rounds of No Mercy 7 at world famous South Georgia Motorsports Park – right off US Hwy 41 in the big town of Cecil, Georgia. Once again, this event is playing host to some of the most radical street machines in the nation.

Ziff Hudson is the man of the hour (yes, I said Ziff). He posted a 1/4-mile ET of 4.05-seconds @ 186 mph. This guy is no stranger ground pounding speed as he has been campaigning a Mercury Zephyr on a set of Mickey Thompson 275/60R15 skins for a number of years. Over the winter the Ziff Hudson Racing Team chose to scrap the Merc in favor of a Fox Body Mustang. The pony car was prepared by Robbie Keziah and features all of the latest goodies. Racecraft suspension (front and rear), Mesncer Motorsports adjustable shocks adorn all four corners, pan hard and anti roll bars seem to shoot out in every direction like laser beams. All of this is to keep the car going straight with 2,500hp going to the pavement.

The 527 cubic-inch engine was freshened up by the team at Team Kevin Mullins and outfitted with a Thomsen Motorsports intake manifold and a set of Billet Atomizer 700 fuel injectors. A Fuel Tech FT500 controller keeps the fuel spraying and an AMS 2000 boost controller cues the Precision 118-millimeter turbocharger.
