You have to love hand-me-downs like this pretty 1970 Chevrolet Nova. This work in progress has been owned by members of the same family for more than two decades. In that time, it has gone from being a weekend street warrior (with a bench seat and a column shifter) to the turbocharged work of art that you see in this video.
