Chuckwalla Valley Raceway, 70 miles east of Palm Springs, CA, is now open! I just did two days there and it is a really fun track! About 2.8 miles and pretty technical. 1995 Honda Civic Hatchback-Chuckwalla Valley Raceway-SB Session 1
Three laps during an open lapping day at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway in a 1995 Honda Civic hatchback with a JDM-spec B18C. It was the first time in the car, which had been sitting idle for 6 months, and the first time at the track. Incredibly hot day. Had to short-shift after only a few laps to keep the engine temps in check. The brakes definitely need work as well. It was fun to be on a racetrack again after three years though.
