2011 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 6-spd Start Up, Exhaust, and In Depth Tour
In this video I give a full in depth tour of the 2011 Ford Mustang GT with the all new 5.0L V8.
this particular one being a premium with the 6 speed manual transmission.
I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this
car while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique
styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details
of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough
tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall
appreciation of the vehicle.
Lotus Elise, Chuckwalla Valley Raceway, 4/24/10
Chuckwalla Valley Raceway, 70 miles east of Palm Springs, CA, is now open!
I just did two days there and it is a really fun track! About 2.8 miles and
pretty technical. As you can see, it really keeps you working! Some nice
elevation changes and a cool long banked corner.

370z Wipeout at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway
Check out 21:50 ish in the video for the wipeout.
Not a ton of track experience and unfortunately in the wipeout it looks
like I made two mistakes. 1) I was to slow getting back to neutral after
the initial counter-steer (which appeared timing wise I was ok on).
2) I let off the gas which is one of the reasons it started gripping sooner
than I thought.
My front right-tire got debeaded/flat and possibly some damage. Also some
of my wheel well plastic got pulled out/lost and my washer fluid reservoir
cracked. Sucks there was some damage and the huge amount of sand that got
in the car but still glad I got the experience with no major damage.
Chuckwalla Raceway Opening Day April 10, 2010

this point. Over the rest of the day it rubbered in quite well. Video was

1995 Honda Civic Hatchback-Chuckwalla Valley Raceway-SB Session 1
Three laps during an open lapping day at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway in a
1995 Honda Civic hatchback with a JDM-spec B18C. It was the first time in
the car, which had been sitting idle for 6 months, and the first time at
the track. Incredibly hot day. Had to short-shift after only a few laps
to keep the engine temps in check. The brakes definitely need work as
well. It was fun to be on a racetrack again after three years though.
Chuckwalla Valley Raceway 4/10/10
First official "car" track event at this brand new race track in Desert
Center, CA. This particular group was quite strict on what they allow you
to do on the track. My friend and I were just having some fun running with
each other. By the 2-3rd lap, our tires started getting a bit slippery,
and we were sliding around a little bit. We were both black flagged and
warned for "Drifting" and "Racing" each other, which they did not allow...
Still a fun day overall, and a great new track.
2011 Mustang GT chasing Superleggera at Monticello Motor Club.mov
Trying out the 2011 Mustang
GT equipped with the Brembo package and 3.73 limited slip rear on
Monticello Motor Club's 3.6 mile long course. There happened to be a 2011
Lamborghini Superleggera on the track at the same time. The Lambo was being
driven by someone who did not own the car, so don't draw any conclusions.
But the GT was a blast to drive on the track with great handling, a precise
shifter, and no brake fade. And note the engine screaming as the tires
light up coming out of the hairpin.
