The Ferrari is light – at just under 3,200-pounds – it has an impressive power-to-weight ratio. Equipped with a twin turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine, the F8 Tributo can churn out 710hp and 568 lb.-ft. of torque. This is an Italian beauty that can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 2.9-seconds with a top speed of 212 mph.
The Trackhawk outweighs the Ferrari by nearly a ton. While it has the potential of generating a bit more horsepower, the overall power-to-weight ration difference will be difficult to overcome. The Jeep is powered by a supercharged (and intercooled) 6.2-liter HEMI V8. It is capable of making as much as 797hp on race gas. The Trackhawk is all-wheel drive.
Let’s see how this shakes out. In the dig race, the Trackhawk gets the holeshot but the Ferrari drives around him pretty quickly FTW. Roll racing was much of the same.
