i have a 06 supercharged with on a intake stock pulley and ran a 14.34 at 108.1 mph with a crappy start and hit rev limiter in second i think you need to go back to the stock header and launch at 2400 rpms maybe lower air pressure and you would have a better time. still nice run. i also have the kuhmo or however you spell it ecsta tires they grip way better than stock and are cheap try those.
