After replacing the meager Ford mill with a massive 568-cubic-inch monster Chevrolet big block, this Mustang commands respect on any track. In addition to the built big block, this blue beauty has a pair of Garrett GT 4788 turbos and a 2-speed TH400 transmission.
Running 26-inch tires, in the Gangster Class at King of the Streets (Chicago), this Ford made its way all the way from Arkansas despite losing a back glass in the previous weekend’s racing. He takes out a pair of Mustangs in the initial rounds before falling to a Fox Body in the Semi-finals. Oh well, better luck next time.
