With this kit(plus YOUR solid cam with NEW rockers), you will replace the weak, stock hydraulic lifters and have a higher top RPM engine limit!
You will need to hammer / press the inserts into the head, then mill / machine the inserts and lifter boss to 1/2\" above the valve cover gasket surface. Every solid cam kit you have to do that for the added clearance for the lock nut.
