- ALL products must be returned within 14 days and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Coverage:
- Perfection Wheel offers a limited-lifetime warranty on all products remanufactured under the Perfection Wheel process. The following warranty coverage applies only to those wheels that have been refinished/remanufactured through Perfection Wheel\'s process. All other wheels are subject to a limited warranty.
Eligibility:
- Perfection Wheel\'s Limited Lifetime Warranty covers original equipment wheels (OEM) solely remanufactured through the Perfection Wheel Process. You\'re eligible for this coverage only if you obtain your original proof of purchase and are the original purchaser of the product or service rendered.
Limited Lifetime Warranty:
- Our obligation under this warranty will be to replace or repair any product that is eligible under warranty for the workmanship of product delivered, or the service provided. Perfection Wheel is only responsible for the replacement, orproviding service to redo your wheel under the warranty disclaimer. All other cost associated wit the service or replacement falls under the original purchaser.
- All wheels will be inspected by the quality department of Perfection Wheel to determine the eligibility of warranty prior to replacement/service performed. If a replacement wheel is sent out prior to inspection, we will bill the account and give proper credit once the inspection is performed.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Surface damage from stone chips or road hazards
- Damage from misuse, negligence or improper installation
- Damage from the result of a collision or curb damage
- Damage from using external clip on wheel weights
- Damage from wheel cleaners that stain or discolor wheel
- Damage from using abrasives or polishing compounds
- Any alteration or repair that is done after customer receipt of the wheel
- Damage from weather conditions that may cause normal fading of paint and discoloration after an extended period of time
- ALL aftermarket wheels remanufactured through the Perfection Wheel process are excluded
- All wheels being sold as cosmetic blemishes are excluded.

- Please have the following information ready
- Original invoice date of purchase or date of service provided
- eBay users need to provide usernames forability to quickly process claim
- Reasons for the warranty service
- Perfection Wheelwill replace or refinish your wheel based on inventory availability
- Please obtain RA # number given by Customer Service and attach it to the return package
- Once your wheel is returned, we will inspect the wheel to determine eligibility

As a refurbishing facility, we receive wheels with minor cosmetic damage whether it be curb rash, minor dents/dings or other surface imperfections. The first phase of our process includes stripping the wheel down to the bare aluminum. This first step is important to not only get rid the original finish but to remove dirt and grime, so that a thorough inspection of the raw wheel can be administered. By doing this any structural defects the \'core\' or used wheel might have, can be more clearly seen and flagged. Any wheel being found to have major structural defects is then scrapped out and we start again with a new \'core.\' Perfection Wheel does not repair major structural issues in order to ensure the integrity of the OE wheel.
The wheel is then taken to repair where any cosmetic imperfection is fixed and the wheel is refinished to LIKE-NEW condition. Each wheel is clear coated with a powder clear which we have found to be the most durable. At each phase of our process, the wheel is spun to ensure the final product is within spec and balanceable.
The last stage of Perfection Wheel\'s process consists of a final quality inspection, where once again, the wheel is spun to ensure spec compliance and the final finish of the wheel is looked over.
Perfection Wheel\'s final quality check entails a \'3-5 pt inspection.\' Given that we are taking a used, cosmetically damaged wheel and re-working it to look like-new, Perfection Wheel\'s standard allows 3-5 separate, but minor cosmetic \'imperfections\' in order for the wheel to be considered a GRADE A Quality Refurbished wheel.
