The axle-back Slip-On system comes with meticulously engineered dual mufflers and computer-controlled precision bent connection pipes. The Slip-On system produces more power and torque than the stock system and reduces weight. Power delivery has been improved throughout the entire range of revolutions, and especially in the lower revs. For the Mustang, sound is a key component of the driving experience. The stock GT already sounds good, but adding the Akrapovic Slip-On system introduces a much deeper tone. Complete the look with a set of two exquisite 125 mm tailpipes in carbon fiber, which will make your GT stand out from the rest.
Cars equipped with Akrapovic exhaust systems benefit from additional performance and increased responsiveness. Significant gains in power and torque are achieved throughout the entire rpm range. All Akrapovic exhaust system measurements are made on their computer-controlled flowbenches.
