Mustang 5.0 GT40 Style Upper and Lower Intake Manifold Set for the 94/95 Mustang 5.0 and all hardware. This is the same style that Ford sold through the Ford Racing Catalog. This is the Ford Motorsports version (but NOT the cheap Chinese version!!). This is a genuine Ford part! I clean these up and sell them as a hobby. I do NOT intentionally paint over grease and dirt like some intakes for sale (if that happens with one of my intakes it is an accident). Should be ready to bolt on and go! It\'s hard to find these things this clean and in good condition! Why waste your money on a filthy intake that you don’t know if the threads are damaged or about any other damage? That being said, I do not advertise a “perfect” intake. (Occasionally there will be a run in paint, etc)

These are pressure washed, tanked, and scrubbed by hand before painting. If pitting has become too severe, I have the intake machined. Any putting that remains on an intake is either inside the water jacket area, or is too minimal to cause a sealing problem. ALL THREADS HAVE BEEN CHECKED AND/OR CHASED! This protects me as well as you. You know you are getting an intake free of defects, I know that if anything happens with threads, its due to improper installation. This unit had one thread hole that I went ahead and had repaired (see pics). It has a helicoil, performed by a professional machine shop, not some kid in his back yard. THIS UNIT HAS BEEN GLASS BLASTED! If you don’t like parts that have been glass blasted, I have a perfect solution for you, DONT BUY IT. Keep in mind that you are buying a USED intake and that some pitting and imperfections cannot be removed. Pictured is the actual intake that you will receive. The lower has been glass blasted and the mating surfaces belt sanded for a perfect sealing surface. The lower has also had the problem rear water plug hole welded up (common to crack on these). The upper was extensively washed to remove sludge and carbon and then glass blasted to remove the flaky factory gel coat. The upper has been painted a very nice crinkle coat black and a brand new intake plaque installed. If there are ANY questions, please ask them before bidding/buying. If you need an additional picture, a question, a concern, please just ask! I do not accept returns and I do try to describe each one the best that I can. I recommend the higher performance intake gaskets as they are thicker and seem to seal better with used intakes. Again, PLEASE ask any questions ahead of time before bidding/buying.

These things are heavy (42lbs) so shipping is rough, but I usually absorb a good chunk of it. I’ve found that packaging them myself and shipping them FedEx seems to be the cheapest (usually right at $55). If you would like FedEx to package it for you, they charge around $140. Low ball offers will be ignored and offers are often determined by your shipping location. Message me for local pickup (as well as obviously not having to pay shipping).
