Up for sale is a CLEAN, jet washed and heat treated painted GT40 Upper Lower intake pulled from a99 explorer 5.0 V8.Will pretty much fit any 302 roller engine EFI style blocks. The lower #5 intake boss runner has had a 3/8ths bung professionally tig welded into it making this a direct bolt on upgrade for fox body & SN95 mustangs that have deleted their egr or exhaust systems and do not require the smog ports on the intake.Wetigged it in the right place so the sensor doesn\'t interfere with air flow in the #5 boss runner. Same as the other EGR lower intakes.Granted there are a few extra vaccum port differencesfound on this intake that you will have to plug or T-offand run but it will all be the same. 94-95 folks if your using this intakejust screw the bung into place andblock it off.Your stock fuel rails, bolts, PCV,heater tubeand even the upper 5.0HO plenum platewill bolt right on along with the EGR SPACER and TB too.This is an exceptional upgrade to the fox body & SN95mustangs giving it anywhere between 25-40 more HP over stock pending on what heads you run. These intakes actual OUTFLOW GT40 Tubular AND cobra OEM intakes.Check out my last picture, you\'ll see the flow bench on them from5.0 mustang magazine! Has been inspected and checked on the deck and for cracks as well astap ran thru the holes.As you can see in the pictures it also has been highheat painted. Comes with the OEM6 bolts and stock GT40 intake gasket as well as the upper plenum intake cover and bolts for both upper to lower and plate itself. The gasket I send you is an OEM replacement and its new. So no worries there.As you can see the TB intake area is 69MM in size will fit 65mm-70mmTB. I can bore the intake port to match a 70mm TB if needed at additional price of $35. We do not port the lower intake holes. I have modified the explorer65mm TB\'s to fit fox body mustangs. I have themfor sale in other auctions with matching EGR stock spacers forfox bodys that I have bored to match the tapered 65mm TB and the 69mmintake hole. Makesfor a nice flow rate. Those are separate with this auction.I will combine shipping and package deal.This is an excellent upgrade for fox body mustangs 87-93 and SN95 mustangs 94-95 5.0 EFi engines. Keep in mind SN95 folks have to run an intake elbow for the TBjust like you would if you boughtANY aftermarket intake.This will fit all EFI 302 engines 86-93 with minor provisions as described.
