RETURN POLICY
VERIFY FITMENT:
We stand behind our products and accept returns with the following conditions in mind:
Inspect your complete order as soon as you receive it.
Each box includes the following Notice on the flap:
Please have a certified installer test fit one wheel on front and rear of vehicle.
Rotate 360 degrees and check for proper clearances before mounting tires.
Wheel is not returnable once tire has been mounted.
It is up to the customer to verify fitment before full installation. We do not reimburse for any installation costs.
RETURN PROCESS:
Please call and speak to one of our Wheel Techs for Return Authorization Number (RA#) before sending any item back. Returning an item without an RA#, can delay the refund process. Once the Call Tags have been issued, attach them to the boxes and contact the carrier for pick up.
The customer is responsible for the safe return of any product in original saleable condition. Item must be returned with ALL original packaging protection intact and appropriately insured. Cardboard can not be resting against the face of the wheel. All original protective coverings must be replaced over the face of the wheel for return shipment.
Items that have been mounted with tires (other than by O E Wheels) or on the vehicle can not be returned!
Buyer responsible for any cost associated with return shipping. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase date. Refunds can only be issued within the first 30 days of purchase.

They are DOT, JWL, VIA and TUV approved. They are side impact and load bearing tested. They are manufactured with the highest quality A-365.2 virgin aluminum. The finish is superior and we are the manufacturer. All rims come with a lifetime warranty on the structure and a one year on the face finish, just as any factory original wheel. OUR PROMISE- If you see an advertised listing for less, call us with verification and we will be happy to sell you the item for less.
