hey i got and 97 sc2 that i bought i want to make the engine like that one how would i what is all done and somewhat a ballpark price and also what is the best way to make my 1.9 liter 16 valve engine have a little more push?

This was a Friday night in the summer around 5:45 PM at LACR.(still 85 F plus outside) I ran right after a RWD dragster and lined up in the rubber it laid down and can be the only explanation for the 2.21 60' time that resulted in a 14.3 ET. I have yet to back this up with only a 6 psi pulley at LACR, but hit the MPH often.
