Late this summer, I removed an aftermarket air intake (cone-type) and installed the original OEM air intake with a K&N air filter. I was just curious to see the difference in performance between the two air intake systems. The car is faster and more consistant in hot and cold temps. The aftermarket pulley was also removed this summer by the dealership when I had other warranty work performed. I did not notice that the aftermarket pulley was removed until 10 days afterward and the dealership/stealership had already thrown the part away. I need to get a new one since it seems to be accepted, in all circles, that the undersized pulleys in fact do work well to increase hp and trq. for this car.
