Representing the good old U.S. of A. is the 2019 Dodge Charger Hellcat sedan. This mean machine comes equipped with a supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V8 that is good for 707hp in stock trim. This angry kitty has been upgraded with an aftermarket intake manifold, an improved upper (supercharger) pulley, cat delete downpipes, a 93 tune and a set of Toyo R888 tires. The Charger is a bit heavier than the BMW but makes plenty of power.
On the other hand, the 2016 BMW M4 coupe has a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline 6-cylinder engine. This Beemer has been augmented with a performance exhaust downpipe, an aftermarket intake manifold, an E85 tune a water/methanol injection kit and a set of Nitto NT555R2 tires. This is a car built for curves or straightaways.
The first race will initiate at 60 MPH. The two cars come off the jump and remain deadlocked throughout the race. This is door-handle-to-door-handle racing at its finest.
The second race will begin at 60 MPH and the third will start at 55 MPH.
