THUNDERBIRD 2 SPEED 18\" FAN ASSEMBLY
This fan was removed from a 1996 Thunderbird,and is a popular upgrade for many applications. This fan is the same as the famous MARK Viii fans, just this fan is two speed, where as the mark viii fans are one speed. There has been claims online that this fan pulls near or over 3500 cfm\'s of air. The fan assembly measures approx. 22\" wide x 19\" high x 5.25\" deep, and the fan itself is a 18\". The assembly may need to be modified for your application. The factory mounting brackets have been removed, as most do this for custom installations anyways.Included with the fan is the wiring pig tail for easy installation and a factory look. I have tested the fan and it works great. I have tested the fan and can guarantee it will work when you receive it.
***Wiring plug has a broken retaining clip (can be seen in picture #3). Should not cause a problem, as it is a snug fit. You can always tywrap the plug to make sure it stays intact. ***

Volvo OEM part number on this is 1398845. Use this tocontrol your 2 speed Lincoln Mark Viii/Thunderbird, Taurus, or any other 2speed fan. This relay will switch the fan on low when needed, thendisable low when the fan needs to be switched to high (once the required tempswitch set points are reached). A sample wiring diagram is shown inpicture #7 to give you an idea. You could use this diagram, but there aremany variations and set ups that can be done.Included in this auction isthe controller, and about 8\"-10\" of the OEM Volvo factory wiring fora clean factory looking installation. Controller measures approx 3\"wide, by 3\" high (not including the mounting bracket), and about1.75\" deep. What makes thisrelay different is also in theharness is a 30 amp circuit breaker for the low speed fan power wire, and a 35amp fuse for the high speed fan power wire. BMW DUAL TEMPERATURE SWITCH
BMW dual temperatureswitch, part number 61311378073. This switch is factory set for 91*C/99*C(195*F/210*F). The only odd thing is the thread pitch on this sensor is M14x1.5.Most cars have 3/8 NPT threaded coolant holes. To make this easy,you can buy a adapter bushing here:http://www.jagsthatrun.com/Pages/Parts_BMW-WatTempSending.html. ORyou will need to tap out your sensor hole to thatM14x1.5 size.
