We have seen big Wes Champlin in his diesel-powered Mustang and it was impressive. This video introduces us to another of Wes’ creations. It is a twin turbocharged Dodge Charger Hellcat sedan. No supercharger delete in this kitty. Wes simply added a Hellion twin turbo (64 mm) kit to the existing supercharger for a significant increase in boost and a whole lot of fun. Of course, more boost (air) requires more fuel. That’s what the Walbro triple pump fuel delivery system accomplishes.

As you may have noticed, the interior has been gutted to decrease weight and Wes has added a few personal touches (such as the bull horns on front). The Hellcat also has a custom P51 Fighting Tiger wrap that makes it impossible to miss.

The backdrop for tonight’s No Prep Drag Racing action is Detroit’s iconic Woodward Avenue. Gearheads have been ripping up this stretch of blacktop since the 1950s. Let’s head down to the pits and see what Wes has on the agenda.
