Just look at every other prelude that runs 13's, they are either H/C, or some kind of forced induction. The facts don't add up. . . and please Fred, you don't need to step in here and act like someones daddy to save the day. The time doesn't make sense for a 15 sec car with just intake, exhaust and a chip to pick up over a second. I don't have a prelude, never will, i have a terminator, I run 10's, so kiss my ass bud.
