It’s happened to nearly every street racer out there. You find yourself with a wad of disposable cash so, you roll onto the streets with the best intentions. Your car is running well, and you know that you can make that stack of cash grow taller with a few wins. Sure enough, you start knocking off the competition and folding them green stamps. Then it happens – BAM – some smooth talker in a quiet ride moves in for the kill. You find yourself saying things like, “it didn’t sound that fast” and “I thought I had that one” before you realize that all your money is gone. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

The camera car for the evening is a slightly modified Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 in orange. The stock ZL1 is equipped with a supercharged 6.2-liter engine capable of making 650hp and 650 lb.-ft. of torque. Mods include exhaust, bolt-ons and a performance tune.

The action kicks off with some Camaro-on-Camaro races. These contests are nail-biters that result in the orange car losing a few hundred and winning some too.
