These door panels are custom madeone set at a time. I do not mass producethese. Typical turnaround timein about 2-3weeks, but I ask to please allow 3-4 weeks for me to make these ready forshipment. It seldom takes this long butI have to build in extra time for the unexpected. My goal is to turn these around as soon aspossible without short cutting quality.
These are not ABS Plastic stampeddoor panels. These are not stamped outpanels with heat pressed plastic coverings.
I use a waterproof panel that iscommonly used in the Auto Trim industry to make the panels. After padding, I cover the panels in anautomotive/marine grade vinyl.
Everything I do to make these panelsare done by hand.
