This box is 30% stronger than the OEM box, and it uses a needle bearing design to far outlast the original bushing design of the 70\'s. The Vega Steering Box features new castings and components. A faithful reproduction of size, shape and mounting hole locations and no core charge.

Great upgrade from a original Vega box. Rated by Richard on July 13, 2016Summary: The box was a bolt to bolt fit to the original bracket welded to the frame. One mounting hole in the box had to have the threads drilled out because a bolt through the bracket mounting condition. Nice road feel and much tighter than the old bushing type vega box.
