This steering wheel is in all around good shape. It was pulled from an 82 Seville with tilt and telescopic. It should fit several Cadillac vehicles from 79-89. There is some nicks and scrapes in the leather but the leather is nice and tight to the steering wheel and does not twist. The horn pad is in very nice shape as well. Biggest issue is the paint on the rear plastic trim is chipping off.
As with any used part there may be some sings of normal usage, we will always do our best to describe the partas best we can.
