A very nice used headlight off of a 1999 Seville very clear plastic. Normal road wear from driving. I literally took this one off and wipe it down. I never owned a car that this was taken off of and there was no way to check the bulbs therefore I am giving you the bulbs if they work that is a bonus but if they do not you were buying it as that. I will either ship FedEx or USPS priority mail
