Conditions and terms of warranty
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the part and only as long as the part is installed in the vehicle for which it was originally purchased. The term of this warranty is one year for engines,transmissions,transfer cases,axle assemblies,carrier assemblies and all other drive train parts unless otherwise noted on invoice. Failure to follow manufacturers guidelines when installing the part will void the warranty. Failure to flush or replace transmission coolers will void the warranty. Overheating, a missing heat tab will void the warranty. Any improper use of part,modification of part,lack of lubricant or improper fluids will void this warranty. All parts are marked and mark must be present to exchange part or get a refund. Labor costs,seals, and gasket replacement,fluids of any kind are excluded from this warranty. Leaks are not covered under this warranty. This warranty excludes engine accessories including but not limited to coils,fuel parts of any kind and any accessory. The warranty is for the long block assembly only.
Other parts carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Supplemental restraint systems ( air bag systems ) are lifetime warranty except in the event of an airbag or seat belt deployment which voids the warranty. The warranty applies to manufacturer defects or failure through normal use. Failure attributed to neglect,abuse,misuse,collision or damage caused by the failure of another part voids the warranty. Body parts are guaranteed not to rust through for the life of the warranty. Warranty is for part only. Warranty excludes payment on labor,towing,transportation
costs,inconvenience,economic,personal injury,direct or in-direct damage to other parts,property or down time. Tires and batteries are excluded from a lifetime warranty.
A replacement part or refund will be issued at the discretion of Olmsted Auto Parts & Wrecking.Inc. Any refund checks will only be issued to original purchaser.
This Warranty is non-transferable.
