This is the steering wheel for 2000-2005 Cadillac DeVille and 2001-2004 Cadillac Seville vehicles. This item is wrapped with a tan colored leather that GM calls Medium Wheat. This wheel also has wood grain section inserts. This wheel also comes with the steering wheel mounted switch assemblies and wiring harness for them. The left hand button functions include Temperature Up/Down, Voice Control End, and Cruise Control On/Off. The right hand button functions include Volume Up/Down, Select Up/Down, and Cruise Control Reset/Accelerate/Set/Coast. This wheel does not come with the plastic backing, airbag, or the airbag cover. You will need to reuse those from your current wheel. Replace your old part with this brand new factory original part from GM at a fraction of the dealer price.

Return Policy:
Our goal is to have every customer get what they ordered as described in the listing the first time, every time. In the event there is a problem we offer a very flexible return policy here at FactoryOEMParts. We accept returns/exchanges for damaged, defective and incorrect (by fault of FactoryOEMParts) merchandise. All damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported to FactoryOEMParts within 14 days of ship date, or 7 days of receipt, whichever is later, and be received by FactoryOEMParts within 30 days of receipt.
All returns must be authorized by FactoryOEMParts. To request authorization, contact us via EBay. FactoryOEMParts will issue a full refund (including shipping), or will exchange the item within 10 days (much less in most cases) upon receipt of the defective product.
Return/Refunds
Incorrect merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. If the condition of a part has been altered from the way it was received, we will not be able to issue a refund. This includes alterations or damages incurred attempting installation, noticeable markings from being mounted/installed, etc.
Refunds will be given in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase, and most will be processed by the following business day from when we receive the returned merchandise. All returns must be authorized by FactoryOEMParts.
Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange damaged, defective, or incorrect (by fault of FactoryOEMParts) merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. We may request pictures of any damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise before we will authorize a return. We will ship your replacement upon receiving your returned merchandise.
It is important you make sure the item is fully inspected for damage/defects prior to installation. Please report any damage or defects to us as soon as possible, as we are unable to cover any installation or associated costs. Any items deemed defective, damaged, or incorrect (by fault of FactoryOEMParts) will be exchanged depending upon availability. If the item is no longer available we will refund your purchase.
