Returns;
Situations That Constitute a Return;
·All items must be in new condition with original packaging·Tires and/or wheels that are not mounted, modified or balanced in any way·Wheels that have a defect or incorrect fitment·We need to be notified within 14 days of package delivery in order to qualify for a return·In the event that a return is qualified and accepted, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee + shipping charges from and to the PK Auto Design (based on individual circumstances).
Situations That Do Not Constitute a Return;
·Items that have been customized (custom drilled, custom painted, custom coated)·Wheels that have been mounted·Wheel and Tire packed that do not have defects
1.Refunds and Credits;
·Credit Card Purchases; In the event that a refund is issued, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.·Cash Purchases;A refund for cash purchases will be given in the form of a check sent to the address on file during the time of the purchase.·PayPal Purchases;Purchases made through PayPal will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days.
2.Shipping Damages;
·In the event you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, we will be more than happy to exchange your item with a new one. Such a return can only take place within the first 72 hours of the item being delivered to the buyers address. Once the first 72 hours have passed, a return for the full value cannot be facilitated. Please feel free to contact us at for more information about returns and exchanges.
3.Receiving the Wrong Merchandise;
·If you received an incorrect item from us, we will be more than happy to take care of the fees associated with the cost of getting the customer the proper item that was ordered.
Shipping;
The shipping price that is quoted to each listing applies only to 48 US states. Please contact us if you are outside of the US (48 states) in order to receive a specific shipping quote for your location.
When shipping outside of the US, we accommodate to almost every country please contact us to check shipping rates that apply to you.
If you would prefer to pick up the item from our location, please call us at in order to schedule a pick-up time that is most convenient for you.
Sales Tax;
Due to the fact that we are based in California, all shipments that are directed to California addresses are required by State Law to be charged an additional 9.25% sales tax on top of the sales price.

ReturnsReturnsDomestic ClientsWe here at PK Auto Design strive to provide perfection nothing less. If for any reason you do not feel satisfied with your order you have the opportunity to return your purchased products within 20 days of arrival to your hands. A restocking fee of 25% plus all shipping cost originally incurred during the order. Purchased products must be returned in new condition, unused and undamaged. Should a product be returned in any form then shipped out (new unusued, undamaged) then a return cannot be completed and the products will be returned back with all costs on buyer. Clients are liable for return shipping costs and fees. Errors made by PK Auto Design will have free return or exchange abilities and no restocking fee per customers choice. Return process will take up to 72 hours once arrival to PK Auto Design for inspection of damages and packaging. Original form of payment will be processed and issued to client. Custom ordered products are none refundable. International ClientsAny refund issued to our valued international client will not include any shipping, duties and taxes applied during original shipment.
