1980 - 1983 Volkswagen Rabbit Pickup, Truck, Caddy Spare Tire Mount Carrier, Stamped Volkswagen Part Number 79-801-903, XKT. Specifically removed from a 1981 Volkswagen Rabbit Diesel Pickup, but appears applicable to model years 1980 and 1982 - 1983 also. Fitment is assured only for the specific year, make and model vehicle removed from. The information presented for compatibility is web based sourced and may be not entirely correct due to the slight variations that may occur from one model year to another. Please refer to the images above, item description part numbers and/or consult with your vehicles\'s mechanic and/or local manufacturer dealer to verify specific fitments. Condition:
- Cleaned of prior accumulated dirt and grease, but otherwise in original unrestored condition.
- Surface rust only is present on entire assembly. Some dents are visible on the upper area of the long length part of the carrier. The final two images are closeup views of two of the dented areas.
- Rear mounting bolt and one of two spring clips are included. Spring clips may not be useable and considered for replacement.
- Cosmetic condition is age appropriate for similar 30 plus year old prior used automobile part; please view images to further assess cosmetic condition.
