Each quantity purchased is for 1 wheel. Wheels are in good condition with cosmeticwear. Wheels are fully functional and work great!Check out the condition in the pictures. Wheels work great! All wheels were just dismounted and held air. 3 of the wheels have one spot of wear on the bead and the fourth one has several spots. Please keep in mind, since these are older chrome wheels, the bead needs to be sanded down from time to time. Wheels held air with no issues, but sometimes maintenance is necessary. If you want a specific one pictured, please let me know at time of purchase so I can do my best toaccommodate.
