Have no clue what the brand is, but have not seen any others listed on EBAY or general google searches1 missing tab. There was glue holding a zip tie, but I had to cut it to remove from car.
You Can easily do the same thing or fab up a new bracket and glue in place
Mesh insert is wavy and could stand to be replaced with new mesh or more rigid plastic mesh
