Reviews The cheapest on the market, for a reason Rated by Samk on June 07, 2020Summary: If you're getting headers for your BBC and want to go the cheapest route possible, this is your best bet. The mounting flanges are quality and they really are a quality product. I installed on a 1971 Nova that has a swapped in 454 with the correct BBC frame stands. Passenger side goes on easy but you'll need to make a few dents to clear the upper control arm and to get it away from the fuel line. The real issues begin on the driver side. There is absolutely no way you can fit these with power steering and not dent them. I bashed them multiple times to get the fitment right. You have to lift the engine up to get them in so it's a lot of trial and error. Also, you won't be able to use the stock linkage if you're using a column shifter. WITH THAT BEING SAID, I would get them again. Unless you have the money to buy 1500 dollar headers, you're probably going to have to make some dents in them and I knew that, so I went for the cheapest ones so it would hurt less banging on my brand new parts.
