NOS genuine VW muffler for 59-63 Bus (Type 2, Transporter) that has never been installed. This fits 1200 40hp engines with 'stale air' style heat. It is in overall very good condition with no noticable damage of any kind! See pictures. Please note the VW emblems stamped in the center of the sheet metal as well as on the cast flange where it bolts to the cylinder head.

Note, the muffler has been repainted with 2000° high heat paint due to scratches in original finish due to storage. The center of the muffler facing rearward is stamped with a VW logo that is about 2 inches in diameter that is visible when installed. A rare item that is a nice addition to any VW bus.
